Payment

SwedeMom accepts the following forms of payment for our website sales:

PayPal or Credit Card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX, DISCOVER)

*All transactions are guaranteed to be Secure via Paypal.

Allow up to 2 business days for your payment to be processed. Once your payment has cleared you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please note that Paypal echecks are not instant payments and will need to clear before shipping.

Shipping

Your order will ship from our warehouse facility 2-3 business days after your payment has been received and processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation, which will include your tracking information.

International Customers:
Currently we are only able to process website orders for addresses within the continental United States. If you are an international customer, reside in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or have an APO/FPO address please contact us to place your order.

Multiple Item Discount:
We offer a combined shipping discount for multiple items that are paid for with one payment as a single order. The amount of the discount is automatically calculated and will be displayed in the subtotal section of your shopping cart.

Exceptions to the "Free Shipping On Orders Over $25":
Any single item published on SwedeMom with $18.99 shipping price (or higher) does not quality for free shipping. Regular rates apply. It will be charged individually, even if part of a multiple order.

Insured Shipping:
If you would like your order insured, please select the "Insured Shipping" option from the drop down menu in your shopping cart.

Local Pickup:
Local customers who would like to pick up their merchandise at SwedeMom in McMinnville, OR, please select the "Local Pickup" option in the drop down menu. The appropriate handling fee will automatically be added to your total. Please contact us to arrange a time for pickup.

Returns

SwedeMom will only accept returns if merchandise is inaccurately described or if an insured item is damaged in shipping. All returns must be authorized prior to being shipped back to Swedemom. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.

If your insured item is damaged in shipping, SwedeMom may request that the damaged items received be returned to us. Please keep the products and packing for this reason.

To request a return, contact our customer service department at customersupport@swedemom.com. Please provide the following information when contacting us: customer name, saleID number, eBay number (if applicable), description of the damage, and a phone number where we may reach you.

Privacy Statement

SwedeMom will not share your personal information with any third parties. The personal information you provide to SwedeMom.com in order to create an account or place an order with us will be used only to process your orders and to contact you concerning the status of your orders. With your permission, your personal information may be used by SwedeMom.com to contact you if you would like to be notified about any promotional offers. SwedeMom understands the importance of our customer's information and we are not in the business of sharing, trading or selling it to others.
