This is a Grandfathers poem plaque by Harriet B. McCormick.
The yellow matte card poem with a floral border, is on a brown wood plaque.
It reads:
Grandfathers
Grandfathers live on a special plane and they are kings in their own domain
They have earned through years the vested right
To spoil each grandchild that comes in sight
They can overindulge and pamper them too
And then when their busy days are through
They send them home to Mother and Dad
And reflect on the wonderful times they've had."
This piece measures about 9" long and 7.25" wide.
It is in pre-owned condition with a broken hanger.
