This is a Cherished Teddies teddy bear figurine wearing a blue hat with a beige top, knit scarf, and gloves, and sitting with a white cat, entitled "A New Year With Old Friends" (#914754 ), by Enesco copyright 1993 Priscilla Hillman. The bear's name is Jack and was originally adopted in December 1995.
It measures about 3" tall, 2.5" wide, and 2.25" deep.
The figurine is in very good pre-owned condition, wrapped and stored in its own box with the original registration card.
