1996 TY Beanie Baby Seaweed The Otter 4080 With Tag 1995 PVC Pellets Retired

The Beanie Baby is in pre-owned condition. 

This Beanie is dated 1996 on the hang tag but dated 1995 on the tush tag, the name and style number are on the same line, the birth date is numerical, there is no comma after "Oakbrook", the name "Seaweed" does not have the TM symbol by it on the tush tag, there is no stamp inside the tush tag, no period after "A" in "U.S.A" and no period after the "c" in "P.V.C". 

The hang tag has a crease in it and shows some wear.
