The cover has a pen marking on the top as well as a spot near the bottom of the cover. There is a 2" tear on the fold from the top and there is a small piece of tape on the bottom of the fold. The music is in great condition, though the fifth page of music contains some pencil markings that are visible after they had been erased. 

This vintage sheet music is in good pre-owned condition.
