This is the Ty Beanie Baby Lucky the Ladybug. 

The Beanie Baby is dated 1993 on the tush tag and 1995 on the swing tag, it has the name and style number in the same line, the date of birth is numerical, there is no comma after "Oakbrook", no period after "A" in "U.S.A" and no period after the "C" in "P.V.C" on the tush tag. 

This comes in good pre-owned condition with some wear on the swing tag.
