This is a vintage Edwards China transferware plate.
The 10" diameter, white plate features an embossed floral rim and a print of George Fox College's Wood Mar Hall. The plate reads that the college was founded as Pacific College in 1891 in Newberg, Oregon.
The plate is in good pre-owned condition but has a couple of tiny chips on the rim on the bottom.
