This is a vintage hand-painted GC Fine China Canadian Songbirds plate GF390 from Japan.

This 6.25" diameter Rosewood Sask. Canada souvenir plate is white with gold gild trim, and features Canadian songbirds such as the Winter Wren, Robin, Brown thrasher, and more, with scientific names as well.

The plate is in very good pre-owned condition.
