Vintage I Love Portland Oregon Miniature Bear Fuzzy Ball Googly Eyes

This is a vintage miniature I Love Portland bear.

The bear is brown and gray with googly eyes. It is holding a round sign that says "I love PORTLAND".

It was made in Taiwan and measures about 3.25" tall, 4" wide, and 2" deep.
