The front shows the old Portland Winter Hawks logo and "Portland Winter Hawks 1996-1997". The back has the official WHL merchandise logo and reads "Authorized Winter Hawks Souvenir WHL". It is signed by an unknown player.
The puck is standard sized with a width of 1" and a diameter of 3".
