This is a signed and numbered color etching by Jim Yarbrough titled "866 Euclid Avenue".
The etching features a Queen Anne Victorian house in Atlanta, Georgia named the Beath-Dickey house that was built in 1890.
It is signed in the lower right corner, and titled and numbered 120/350 across the bottom.
This comes in a brown wood frame with a triple matte in light brown, green, and off-white.
The piece itself measures about 20" wide and 21" tall. With the frame, it measures about 29" tall and 28.75" wide.
